Sarah is a Financial Consultant at Hilliard Lyons. She graduated from Saginaw Valley State University with a Bachelor’s degree. She began her career in 2001 at Smith Barney becoming the second member of The LeRoy /Bartnikowski Group. Sarah received her Chartered Wealth Advisor® (CWA®) designation in 2006. The CWA® certification is awarded only to Hilliard Lyons Financial Consultants who have completed an extensive program concerning the varied aspects of wealth management. The program includes classroom study, self study, case studies, periodic testing and a comprehensive final examination. The CWA® curriculum is offered through The Academy of Multidisciplinary Practice and is accredited by the Estate and Wealth Strategies Institute at Michigan State University.

In addition to this credential, Sarah holds the FINRA general securities license, Series 7. Sarah serves on the Board of Directors of the Saginaw chapter of The National Association of Career Women and is a member of the Saginaw chapter of Women in Leadership. Sarah resides in Saginaw Township with her husband and daughter.

Lee is a Senior Vice President and Financial Consultant at Hilliard Lyons. He received an honorable discharge from the United States Army before attending Central Michigan University, where he graduated with both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree. Lee began his career in the financial services industry in 1996 with First of Michigan brokerage firm as a Financial Consultant. Soon after, he transitioned to Smith Barney as a Second Vice President, Financial Consultant where he formed The LeRoy / Bartnikowski Group.

Lee joined Hilliard Lyons in 2006 and offers more than a dozen years of industry experience to his clients. At Hilliard Lyons, Lee directs investment strategy for The LeRoy / Bartnikowski Group and oversees the research and management of client investments. In addition, Lee holds the FINRA general security license, Series 7, and the FINRA Limited Principal / Branch Manager license Series 9 & 10. Lee resides in Saginaw Township with his wife and two children.
